The first day is Spring is really March 20th, but the Spring Festival is traditionally timed to coincide with the breakup of the ice on the river.

East Coulee Spring Festival: Volunteers for 2008

Since 1994 the residents of East Coulee celebrate the coming of spring with a day of music and fun for the whole family. This year the Spring Festival will take place on Saturday, April 12th and as in past years, we are looking for volunteers to help us out.
